The three states
- ● LIVE A show is on air right now. Press play to join — it starts at the live edge.
- REPLAY The last broadcast is available on demand. The poster shows the date it aired; press play to watch from the start (you can rewind/seek freely).
- OFFLINE Nothing is streaming. The page re-checks every few seconds and switches itself on the moment a show starts. You can press the ▶ button to start a personal wait-clock (shown in yellow) while you hang around — it only counts your wait; nothing is playing yet.
The player never autoplays — you'll always see a poster with a ▶ button first, so you choose when sound starts. If the screen looks dark, just press the ▶ button in the middle.
The control bar
One bar holds everything. On a phone it wraps to more than one row.
The bar is available in every state — even offline. When nothing's streaming, the stream-only controls (timeline, ● LIVE, quality, volume) are dimmed, and only play, fullscreen and pin stay active.

| ● LIVE | Jump to live (only while a show is on air). During a replay this turns into a gray VOD button — it still plays, and hovering it shows the exact start and end times in your local time zone. |

| SPEED | Playback speed, 0.25×–2× (catches back up to 1× when you reach the live edge). |

Casting to a TV
- Tap the cast icon when it appears and pick your device.
- Apple (iPhone/iPad/Mac, Safari): AirPlay to an Apple TV or AirPlay-capable TV works well.
- Chromecast: works where your browser supports it; if the cast icon doesn't appear, cast the whole browser tab from Chrome's menu instead.
Settings (gear icon, top-right — nothing is saved, resets on reload)

| Theme | Restyles the whole player — accent, background & outlines. Pick from the dropdown; see the Themes chart below. Session-only. |
| Skip buttons | How many seconds the ⟲ rewind / ⟳ forward buttons jump — set each separately (default 15 and 15). |
| Backdrop | The art shown behind the video when it isn't playing — pick a specific image or a random one, grouped by folder. |
| Worse Playbar | Brings back the old-style pop-up overlay controls (for folks who preferred them). |
Themes
Each theme restyles the whole player — accent, page background, and outlines. The menu shows these names; the default is HalloLeem through October and Blood Shot Red the rest of the year, the others are manual picks (session-only).

If you're part-way through a replay and a new live show starts, the player won't yank you away. Instead you'll see a prompt:
- Keep watching replay — stay where you are.
- Go to Live — switch to the live show (you'll lose your spot in the replay).
And if you try to refresh or close the tab mid-replay while a show is live, your browser will ask you to confirm, so you don't lose your place by accident.

Trouble?
- Black screen? Press the ▶ button in the middle — the player waits for you and never autoplays.
- No sound? Check the mute button / volume slider (and your device volume).
- Buffering? Set QUALITY to 480p, or let Auto adapt.
- Stuck or odd? Refresh the page — settings reset but playback re-syncs to live/replay.
- Refreshed and the timer looked off? Fixed — reloading while offline no longer shows a bogus running time; the clock starts at zero and only moves while something is actually playing.
